Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary's way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

Hey Gary, have really been getting into your show…and using your tips. I’ve been at it for about three years now and doing great! Wanna go fishin?
“The longer you wait to monetize, the more you can actually make.” ABSOLUTE GOLD for YouTubers. Wish more listened to that.
EposVox agreed!!!
now people have no choice if they don’t have 4,000 watch hours
I haven’t even started the new channel I wanna make
So, I am writing as many topics as I can possibly come up with (that work as series rather than 1-offs)
and can’t wait to order my camera soon so I can get the ball rolling
I’m going into a niche that is LITERALLY the “white space” that Gary talks about here
He totally answered my future question on if going into a white space is bad, or if there should be a slight bit of momentum happening
but, I think there IS momentum happening on OTHER platforms, which is good enough for me to assume, that there’s an audience
they just need to know to come my way 😉
+I Wish I Could Travel you r on the right track man. Good luck with the new channel!
+EposVox that’s a lot of time man. I opened my channel a long time ago, but use it to as a portfolio basically for clients to see my work. I’m a filmmaker. After watching Gary’s show I decided to finally try YT for real.
@Axel Arzola Been on the YT scene since ’08, only pushing for a “full time” on this channel since December ’14
Great show guys. We were the father & son “Calabo Guys” from episode 189. Thank you again for the shout out Gary Vaynerchuk & India. We’re working on a few already.
+#AskMarcT Thank you Marc. Appreciate the nice comment, Eric
Oh my…Gary, this episode is really the right theme at the right time.
You know very well, that the beginning is alway the hardest part.
It`s freaking hard to get any attention, when nobody knows you, even if you are super talented person. You still need to fight, work hard and prove your value.
Thank you, Gary Vee. I hope, I`ll see you one day!
Sara was making great content even if she had 3000 subscribers and when new people came in and saw soo much good content, they became fans quickly
Sara is the best. She’s killing it. Should have been the sole interviewee in this episode!
New favourite episode Gary. Thank you.
I’m hooked on Sara’s channel since the Casey Ep. She’s great. (Come on 100k subs)
Lauren and Michael were both great additions to the episode too.
This for me was the biggest lesson so far (even though the shoooow is always so good)
Cheers

These guests gave some of the most valuable insight into branding, loved this episode. I liked that they were every day people who achieved success through hard work.
This was very informative, and this statement that you made is golden:
‘The place where you want to make your money is the place where you think you have the most control.’
just read your article on producing content. now u got a 30 min askgaryvee. ur a machine. still got 3 hrs left on the audio book. leveling up like mario.
This is an awesome episode. Haha, keeping consistent with content on youtube is fairly challenging for us newbies. Also love the mention of treating your business/audience like a million dollar business beforehand, not when it gets there. This is in my Top 5 of the #AskGaryVee episodes right here.
I’ve seen all of these. Top 5 episode, easy. Lots of gems dropped.
The wrestling gimmick analogy was one I especially needed to hear. Thanks!
I haven’t even watched yet, but I already l know that you’re a big fan of casey neistat, and this girl won his heart with her how to vlog video. can’t wait to watch it all!
She just passed me in subscribers by in just 2 weeks…. let the be a lesson how valuable having the right networking partners and building relationships can be. LOL.
Absolutely LOVED Sara, Your sweet spirit shined through. Love what I feel coming from you. Totally love the thought of Twitter capping the follow limit. Keep the feed thin and rich.
“The place where you want to make your money, is the place where you think you have the most control.” BRILLIANT!! Gary, you’re the best!
This was my favourite episode, The hardworking attitude of these people is contagious. Gary you need to keep making these episodes with creators like this. Very helpful
Sarah is a great role model for female entrepreneurs imo. She has the strong voice, and strong work ethic. And this is coming from someone who only skimmed through her youtube channel
