Building an Influencer Marketing Agency with Jace Norman | GaryVee Business Meeting

I had a quick meeting with my man Jace Norman on how he could get a social media marketing business for influencers up and running. I think that there is a ton of value in this meeting for any of you that are interested in starting a marketing/management business of any sort.

One of the greatest skills of Gary Vee is his ability to talk and deal with anybody. This guy could have a 58 year old grey haired Senator in his office, a world class rapper, Or be talking to kids like in this video and still not only control the conversation but communicate the message to them. Gary is an amazing guy that all of us in business could learn from.

I love, love, love how Gary handled these young guys stubbornness. They will win regardless because they got that fire. Most people “ask Gary” and they listen. These kids were all over Gary’s thoughts. I wish when I was their age I had access to mentorship from someone like Gary. I guess the lesson here is not to fight every fight. Some people in life think they know it all.

Great info. You’re 100% right about why so many established celebs delayed getting on social media. Their real world status doesn’t translate to the new media & starting from scratch can be a big blow to the ego. ???

I hope Jace finds the success he’s looking for! I can’t imagine what it’s like to be 17 and feel old or under the gun to capitalize on possibly fleeting fame. He seems pragmatic but antsy, I’d be really interested to watch him in daily vlogs!

This episode, and these kids, remind me of this quote: “When you are talking, you are not listening, and when you are not listening you are not learning”. You can be hungry for success but also understand when to pay attention; it’s not binary.

That kids feel that they already build a $20m business, from this video I know that Gary has a lot of humility than most people on earth, if I were gary I’d just say “yeah, okay, your’re right, go do it, etc” I won’t even try to convince them anymore & just end the meeting immediately.

Two years ago in this interview Gary stated that Hollywood is on its way out! And here we are living that reality! I wish this youngins wouldn’t have been so caught up in their ego and listened, took notes and hang on to the gems Gary was dropping.! Gary is the Master of recognizing trends! I sleep listening and waking up to his content and I’m 35.I intend to be a millionaire by 40.(I will come back and update this milestone when I hit it. Oh and the guy in black is already out of the partnership lol ?

It’s easy to hate talk on the guests but in my opinion they have that fire in their belly. That’s what’s needed to survive. Compare them to some of the others who just nodded to what Gary was saying. I like it when the guests bring out the passionate side of Gary. It’s good to be engaged in the conversation. That being said, I agree that at certain points the guests could have listened more and interrupted less but it’s a meeting organized for them and we are just spectators 🙂 Great content GV. Keep killing it

Love being on the inside with the meetings cause that’s where you see Gary spotting moments where he applies certain points to get the client to see some truth. I hope my sentence made sense. It did in my head. 🙂 Thank Gary and Jace!!

GaryVee has encouraged me to take the steps necessary for success. After implementing his strategies my band got featured on an indie rock compilation that did over 1,000,000 VIEWS! Thanks for sharing your wisdom Gary! Check out our page, would love to connect with other entrepreneurs!

Gary, I am so thankful to you. I was getting torn between doing me and pleasing people. And I then I watched your video. And that’s it. Just the things I was thinking about. It was so nice to be assured what ever I think is right. Love your work. You are changing the world.
    My idol, Sir.☺️?

The age part made me realize with the internet we are being given the opportunity to learn from other experiences and save years of our lives . Thanks for helping Gary I completely understand what both sides were thinking. The I and We thing was great. Would love a reply from who ever runs this Youtube channel comments for him.

Man, these guys have an audience with GaryVee and I feel like they’re trying to tell him how things are. I would’ve asked lots of questions and jut listened. How many times did Gary say, “of course?” Still some good nuggets in there.
